We have implemented a COVID-19 screening tool that we are requiring our Nurse Assessors to complete prior to accepting an assignment.

Additionally we have added a COVID-19 screening tool that will be completed by the nurse with the resident/responsible party by phone prior to completing the face to face assessment.
